1. Digital Products and Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content (such as downloadable field guides, species checklists, or digital photography), all sales of digital products are final. Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
2. Physical Merchandise
If Lifeclopedia offers physical products (such as printed books or apparel) through third-party "print-on-demand" services, the return policy of that specific service provider will apply. However, our general standards are as follows:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a physical item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the damage. We will work with the provider to arrange a replacement.
- Change of Mind: We generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" on physical merchandise, as many items are custom-made at the time of order.
3. Exceptions
We believe in fairness and the satisfaction of our community. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a digital resource you have purchased, please contact us. We will make every effort to resolve the issue or provide an alternative solution.
